Its been confirmed that this upcoming September in this very unexpected and challenging (2011) hoorrraaayy!! BUT in the same time i feel so nervous and scare .. what if i dint met the requirement from physical and emotional needs , im completely in dilemma right now , imagine that what if .. halfway in i feel so exhausted already , must be a big shame to me (Nuuu!!!) i don`t want to look trolling all around like that in the middle of the mountain!

are you sure? they call him "GOOGLE" ..... yea its google .. just do put some stupid question like "how to climb a mountain " and he give me a million type of answer! and yes its my day that i found this really-really good websites that gimme some quite good tips and way to conquer the peak of Kinabalu mount! err.. not really how to conquer .. maybe i should just say .. how to reach the peak without TROLLING (trolololo) .

Yes ! yes!! this is the sites! , really2 useful sites indeed , and im reading all the guide like a NERD , "how to climb for dummies " From the equipment to physical fitness , the guide really help me in some way .. kinda give a credit to this site owner ! (Thanks BRO , Thanks SIR , Thanks MAN) , right now i got some hints and tips a bit , at least thats what people call early exposure , i can start what need to be start from now 3 month from now !!
its time to start the intensive training start from this very day , lots of walking ,jogging , cycling and everything to build up the stamina that too much lacking from every days life (work , eat , enjoy and shit life ) , and referring to this http://www.climbmtkinabalu.com/training.html , i need to add some extra effort to double up my current exercise , without injuring my self of course , i dont want end my self getting injured . maybe i should put swimming in my weekly routine ( hmm..making a serious face thinking bout that .. ) owh hell yea!
The stamina training that i get from playing badminton really help a lot since it make a lot of movement even its not running around like soccer/football !!

wish me luck with the training , i really looking forward to reach the peak of mountain .. shame on me im sabahan (borneo malaysia ) yet still i never conquer those proud mountain that even tourist willing to come to climb that mountain .. so what r you waiting for ?! do this when you still young and energetic .. this kind of thing can be your greatest memories of your life time !
