kuroneko no tango mean "tango the black cat"

i still remember when i hear it 1st time on my 1st mp4 player while on 2007

a children song that somehow lost in my mp4 

never in my whole life  had a full black cat neither named my cat tango 

had so much cat and kitten but never get the black one

im looking forward that i got black one in the future haha 

(still i still want panda as my pet )
