    I still remember in my childhood when the teacher mad at us
for copying other`s homework
but we simply reply
"its not copying! its team work "

In your working day
there always some job that`s to hard to be handled by one person
be glad when you got some helping hand from you colleague
its something like this
"Individuals can do make a difference , but it takes a team to really mess things up."

but somehow even though teamwork is great 

there always gonna be some stupid obstacle 

such as 

"sure there`s no "I " in team , " but there is a "me"! "
"True .. there is no "I in the team but there is a "U " in suck "
