1st of all , you need to know what is BMI? 
BMI Stand For Body Mass Index is a measurement for body fat based on height and weight  that applies adult men and women . for adult the BMI normal range is 18-25

Why BMI is important?

INTERVIEW For INSTEP Petronas


Its been so unexpected for me to be choose for interview for INSTEP intake by Petronas
 For me to have this one in a life time opportunity or should i say (life changing opportunity )
is a bless , and yes there is no such thing as luck when it comes for a JOB 

and yes its way to sudden when Petronas give the result at 14 DEC meanwhile the Interview Date is on 16 Dec ,
its been so hard and stressful moment for me , when i already apply my Leave for a family trip at kundasang .
and yeah , i do cancel my trip and i choose to go for Interview instead , at 1st i really dont have any idea what this intake about .

but i feel so glad that there is my friend`s husband who work at Petronas and enter Petronas trough INSTEP willing to share his experience . thank you bro , you`re the best, he tell me everything that i need to know about what should i do , what should i wear and yes the common question that been frequently asked in the interview .
apart from the interview part , he also gimme a simple lecture about Petronas i mean, something that Petronas always do , the always do the charity things , aspiring people and a lot of things that made me feel more interest in Petronas

Ok Stop there , This is The Main Part The experience that i gone trough mean while at The Interview Session from The Start till the end of the Interview . and TIPS



EARLY PREPARATION TIPS

  • Research On Petronas history, INSTEP , their Oil Platform in Your current State 
  • Know The Petrol with subsidies currency for our Country
  • Study about the Course That they provide in INSTEP
  • Prepare all of your Resume and certificate
  • Print Your interview`s Offer Letter 
  • Learn Petronas shared Values 
  • Practice Speech about your introduction in front of the mirror
  • Current and latest news (flash flood  or earthquake for example , )



TIPS Dressing For Government INTERVIEW

  • Your Hair need to look neat and short (comb it nicely )
  • wear slack pant (no jeans or black skinny )
  • wear plain shirt with no strips will be more preferable 
  • wear a matching neck tie with shirt
  • proper black shoes (not sport shoes )
  • lounge suit can be used ( wear it with a matching pant)
  • don`t use to much cologne ( the smell will disturb the panel )
  • No earings and don`t forget to wear matching belt with the pant )
The appearance will Effect your score for the interview session (takes 30% out of the interview score )

1st of all when you got there 
  1. they will Assemble all the Participant  in 1 place to Take Their attendance 
  2. At Registration You need to Bring your IC and your Interview Offer Letter To be validate 
  3. Simple Briefing on the hall about INSTEP and Courses 
  4. Then , There is a simple Test For all of the Candidate 100 question in 40 minutes ( include English , Add math , physic , mechanical , visual , electrical , and situation question) [tips : think fast , be logic and answer the easiest question 1st!]
  5. after done with the test past then they call 10 person per entry for interview
  6. the interview session is around 15-30 minutes depends on the interviewer .
  • when i enter the panel room i start with " salam and morning greet "(dont sit until they said so )
  • handover your Resume and all of your certificate to them .(Please Bring The Original one)
  • then they ask about your personal background ( Intro with English , but in the middle of the interview section you can use malay if you find its hard to explain or elaborate your ideas ) 
  • Try to be Humble as you can (you`re seeking a job , not to brag about yourself, yes you can but not too much )
  • Then They ask about , Why you want to work with petronas ?, why you want to quit your current job?, and what sport do you play at collage and current ?, why Petronas need to take you? the last question they ask is what Course do you interest?( No answer will be provide in this blog hehe) 
  • then they gonna handover your resume back and rate your interview performance 
     6.  Go out from the Panel room and scream like a boss "Owww Yeaa"
     7.  wait the result like a drug eddict haha ( im jokking ) 

here is the rate for Petronas ( someone Told me about this)
30% = Interview
70% = Instep Test 

so all depends on the test that i do in the early part of the session , wish me luck and if any of you got choose to attend the interview please go ,
When you got selected , all of your study fees will be sponsored by Petronas, and the give allowance RM 250 per month when you still in instep . as far as i remember what the panel say during the briefing sessions .

its from my own based experience and tasted it by myself for me i have a great time using Samsung Galaxy product phone its fun , simple and easy to use well i give my rating based on free apps only since im a bit stingy (actually im too poor to buy paid apps ) . so .. i hope you enjoy my top 5 list :D and i will give you the link or you can simply download it at market android right? sorry im still new to this ,but to show my appreciation to those people who create this apps :)

very customizable. supports gesture on both screen and dock . i really love the folders (show app icon as part of folder icon , like iOS) , themes and dock configuration . you can even add folder to dock to group similar apps together . also you can re size widgets ,which is really cool and hot! 



want to download mp3 song for free? this is the right app to hit on , try it the best app for mp3 download so far . amazing!



good app for messenging and a great way to communicate you can have a group chat which is really cool for discussion or chatting with a family member

6 Great Ways To Motivate Yourself To Exercise

1st Post for Dicember , its olmost end of the year guys 
here is some good tips that i want to share with you guys and gals :D

Do everyone notice that exercise is important in our daily life (right?) . The reason that there aren’t more people doing it (=.=), is the sheer lack of motivation . There is nothing that pushes them enough to go out there and exercise. Fortunately, there are some very useful ways which we can use to motivate our self to become a more active individual. Let me elaborate on each one of them a bit more:








Change from a “maybe” to a “must”


The first thing you need to do is to categorically include exercise into your lifestyle without any maybe’s or but’s. Exercising should be a must within your daily routine. Within your time management, there should always be time allocated to exercising. I can’t stress enough how important this is. For example, a few years ago I decided to go for a bike ride every day and allocated 1 hour of my time to it per day. Before I did that, I was always putting everything else before it, and I never could find the time for it. So instead of trying to fit exercise into your tight schedule, make it a permanent part of it which is non-negotiable, and make other non-productive activities such as watching television secondary to it.




Surround yourself with fitness-oriented people



If you are not exercising, have a look at your close unit of acquaintances. Chances are that most if not all of them are just as non-active as you are. If you want to be successful at not only starting but staying active over time, you definitely need to have friends that share this same goal with you. Having a training partner is one of the best ways to get yourself the proper motivation to keep at it day in and day out. Someone with whom you can discuss the good and the bad, the positive and the negative, and that understands you fully is extremely important to your success at staying active. The bottom line is, if you are trying to be active, your non-active friends will never understand what you are going through and they are certainly not the right people that will motivate you to keep going.






Want to be better looking?




I have found that most people will pretty much do anything to become more attractive and more desirable. The good news is that you do not have to subject yourself to grueling & potentially dangerous plastic surgery to get the job done. With a little patience and a strong will, you can literally reshape your entire body via exercise. Use this desire of seeking to be more attractive to your advantage and turn it into pure motivation to exercise. Sure, there are tons of reasons why people exercise, but I am certain that 100% do it partly to be more attractive. Looks matter in our current society, and we associate looks with success. Play that card to your own benefit and you will see that you will possess plenty of motivation to keep exercising over time. To motivate you even more, take pictures of yourself on a weekly basis. I guarantee you that the change you will notice in the pictures over a few months will make you want to keep exercising for the rest of your life!


Think long term health benefits




As I mentioned in my previous point, physical appearance is a huge motivating factor, but your health should be an even bigger one. The thing with health, is that we do not “see” it. It’s hidden, and thus in a very visual and superficial society such as our current one, it becomes secondary to looks. Luckily, people are becoming more and more concerned with being healthy and living a better quality of life as they get older. Use this to your advantage as well to motivate yourself to exercise. The list of health benefits that exercising provides you with is just enormous. By thinking about maintaining a high quality of life for years to come, you are thinking long term and thus you can find the proper amount of motivation to stay active even during times that you feel like giving up. We all want to be healthy, and going through health concerns brings about much stress to our life as well as to those that we love. When I hear of fathers or grandparents that are changing their lifestyle and becoming more active to be around to see their children grow up, I am so proud of them. That’s one of the strongest motivation you could ever have to turn your life around with exercise.




Work towards a goal


Do you have a reunion to go to in a few months and you want to look your best? Do you have a vacation planned and you want to look fantastic in a bathing suit? Do you idolize a certain person and want to look just like them? These types of goals are extremely powerful, and can provide unrelenting motivation that can then carry you towards those very goals. The key is to always have such a goal, because you don’t want to go back to your old ways once you have reached that goal. I’m sure you’ve seen people flip flop over and over again with their fitness, and this is due to the fact that once they reach their goal, they do not have another one to aim for. Always have something to work towards, and every time you reach one, create a new one. You will not only be amazed at the amount of motivation this creates, but you will astound yourself at how much you can accomplish that you never thought possible before.




Simply start


As hard as it is to get yourself to start, you will be happy to know that things get much better as you keep going. The steepest hill to climb over is to start. Once you start, you have conquered the biggest obstacle. This is something that you should be proud of, in and of itself. Once you start, you put the wheels in motion to create momentum, and this momentum is crucial to bring you towards the finish line. But for that to happen, you need to start.
