good day to you guys , today Panda feel like writing about BMI and Tips how to control your BMI , a person who take his/her health seriously will try to get to their ideal BMI,its not about seeking perfectness but its about healthy lifestyle!Problem?.

1st of all , you need to know what is BMI? 
BMI Stand For Body Mass Index is a measurement for body fat based on height and weight  that applies adult men and women . for adult the BMI normal range is 18-25

Why BMI is important? 
• If your BMI is high, you may have an increased risk of developing certain diseases
including:

-high blood pressure
-heart disease
-high cholesterol and blood lipids (LDL)
-Type 2 Diabetes
-sleep apnea
-osteoarthritis
-female infertility
-gastroesophageal reflux (GERD)
-urinary stress incontinence

• Prevention of further weight gain is important and weight reduction is desirable.

                                                                         For Adults
Normal BMI 18.5 – 24.9
Underweight BMI < 18.5
Overweight BMI 25 – 29.9
Obesity BMI 30 – 39.9
Extreme Obesity BMI > 40
